Your ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals will be essential to your success. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct high-end passenger car sales by presenting vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, manage inventory information, and follow up on leads efficiently. Negotiate deals with customers by understanding their needs, upselling additional features or services, and closing sales effectively. Manage inventory control and coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate vehicle availability and presentation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, maintaining professional communication etiquette at all times. Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and outreach efforts to attract new clients. Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer preferences, and deal closing documentation for reporting purposes. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a desire to succeed. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management systems to support sales activities effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a fast-paced dealership setting. Experience in sales team management or leadership roles is advantageous but not required. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Excellent phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and a customer-focused mindset that fosters long-term relationships. Ability to perform cold calling, upselling, deal closing, and follow-up activities confidently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
