What You'll Do:

Source, onboard, and build relationships with carriers nationwide Negotiate competitive carrier rates while maintaining company margin goals Cover customer freight efficiently and proactively Develop long-term partnerships with carriers and transportation providers Track market trends, capacity changes, and pricing fluctuations Solve problems quickly in a fast-paced logistics environment Communicate consistently with carriers, customers, and internal teams Manage high shipment volume while maintaining exceptional service

What We're Looking For:

Freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics experience
