This could be the position for you! Texas Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated Motorclothes Expert to join our Apparel & Licensing team. We're the largest Harley-Davidson dealership in Texas, and our team is all about creating a fun, welcoming experience for our customers. This is a commission based sales position , meaning the more you sell, the more you earn. We'll teach you our products, systems, and processes, but we're looking for someone who already has strong sales instincts, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by reaching goals. What You'll Do Create a great experience for every customer who walks through the door Actively sell Harley-Davidson apparel, accessories, and merchandise Help customers find the right products and recommend additional items Build relationships with customers and develop your own client base Follow up with customers about new products, restocks, and special orders Work toward personal and department sales goals Keep the sales floor stocked, clean, organized, and visually appealing Help with inventory, receiving merchandise, and product displays Assist with dealership events and special promotions Process customer purchases when needed Attend product and sales training to stay up to date Pitch in and help the team wherever needed What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old Previous retail or sales experience preferred A strong desire to sell and reach goals Comfortable talking with customers and building relationships Confident recommending products and asking for the sale Self motivated and comfortable working in a commission based environment Strong communication and customer service skills Able to follow up with customers and build repeat business Reliable, professional, and a team player What You Can Expect Commission-based earning potential Training on Harley-Davidson products, systems, and sales techniques A fun, fast-paced retail environment Opportunities to build your own customer base and grow your sales Saturdays are required No regular Sunday shifts No late-night retail hours Physical Requirements This position requires standing and moving around the sales floor for most of the shift. You should be comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs.
