Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will help foster strong client relationships and contribute to our overall success. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and live chat to promote our SaaS products and services. Manage inbound inquiries efficiently, providing clear information and guiding customers through the sales process. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive account management strategies. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate leads and increase product awareness. Conduct analysis of customer data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving service delivery. Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks across teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Picture and video of trucks for marketing purposes. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management within a SaaS or financial services environment. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. Excellent analysis skills to interpret data trends and inform strategic decisions. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate efforts across departments smoothly. Understanding of marketing strategies and how they align with sales objectives.
