Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Roll-Off Dumpster Sales Representative to grow our customer base and increase revenue through new business development and account management. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field sales Develop relationships with contractors, construction companies, roofing companies, property managers, and commercial clients Manage existing customer accounts and maintain long-term partnerships Provide customers with pricing, scheduling, and service information Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service Follow up on leads and prepare sales quotes and service agreements Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Stay informed on local market conditions and competitor pricing Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (waste management, construction, trucking, or related industries is a plus) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach Basic computer knowledge Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Skills Knowledge of construction sites and contractor relationships Experience with roll-off dumpsters, hauling, or waste management services Ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly Strong organizational and follow-up skills
