Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth. We seek a motivated self-starter with strong sales acumen and logistics experience to identify and develop new business prospects. Responsibilities Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers. Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Engage with customer leads through cold calling and other outreach methods. Schedule regular meetings with customers to maintain a positive relationship. Attend company-sponsored events to expand your network. Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Analyze market potential, track sales, and status reports. Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned. Stay informed of best practices and promotional trends. Contribute to a positive company culture. Qualifications Proven work experience as a sales representative, including cold calling. Logistics experience required. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite. Ability to build productive business professional relationships. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
