Hourly pay plus commission. No cap on earnings About Us Omega Industrial Repair is a full service industrial repair company serving the manufacturing sector. We specialize in Electronics Repair, a Hydraulic and Pneumatic Lab, and a Full Service Motor Shop. We help manufacturing companies minimize downtime by repairing critical equipment and supplying new and surplus parts with fast turnaround and dependable service. Position Overview This is a B2B inside sales role focused on selling repair services and parts solutions to manufacturing and industrial customers. We are looking for driven, high energy individuals who are comfortable with high volume outbound activity and can build relationships over the phone. If you are not comfortable making calls, handling rejection, and staying consistent every day, this role will not be a fit. What You'll Do Make 100 to 120 outbound calls per day to manufacturing and industrial companies Generate new business and develop relationships with decision makers Sell repair services and parts solutions across all three divisions Follow up on quotes and open opportunities to close deals Identify customer pain points and position our services as solutions Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline What We're Looking For Motivated, resilient, and competitive individuals Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent day after day Self starter mentality with a strong work ethic Goal oriented mindset with a focus on results Work Environment We offer a fast paced, team driven sales environment where effort and attitude matter.
