Job Description

Overview We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Duties Support outside sales representatives by processing quotes and coordinating related documentation. Assist outside sales by preparing required paperwork to expand existing accounts and develop new customer relationships. Prepare and coordinate jobs from order initiation through completion. Conduct sales transactions with out-of-area and walk-in customers in a professional manner. Complete final inspections of finished trucks, including photographing units, obtaining weight measurements, and performing fuel testing. Coordinate shipping and receiving of completed trucks to ensure timely delivery to customers. Answer and route incoming sales calls while providing prompt, courteous customer service. Qualifications Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly, professionally, and effectively with diverse audiences. Effectively organizes tasks, resources, and information to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of work. Applies mathematical reasoning and calculations accurately to support problem-solving and decision-making. Utilizes relevant tools, technology, and systems competently to perform job-related tasks. Pays close attention to detail to ensure work is complete, accurate, and meets established standards. Manages time efficiently by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently. Ability to acquire Class B CDL within 6 months of hire.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
