HAIL
DAMAGE REPAIR SALESPERSON
Commission-Based Pay | Travel Required | Unlimited Earning Potential We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven salesperson to join our growing hail damage repair team! The ideal candidate is confident approaching customers, building relationships, generating leads, and helping vehicle owners get their hail damage repaired.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new customers for hail damage vehicle repairs. Approach vehicle owners and explain our hail repair services. Work parking lots, dealerships, businesses, and areas affected by hailstorms. Travel to different cities and locations as needed. Build relationships with customers, dealerships, businesses, and other potential referral partners. Help bring vehicles into the shop for hail damage repairs. Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the repair process. Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Compensation:
Paid a percentage/commission for each vehicle brought in and repaired. Earning potential based on performance — the more vehicles you bring in, the more you can earn. Commission structure and payment terms will be discussed during the interview.
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. Willingness to travel to different cities and hail-affected areas. Comfortable approaching customers and generating leads. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Sales experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important. Must be comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven role.
