About the Role As Inside Sales Coordinator , you will serve as the operational and communication hub for assigned sales territories within Fonroche Lighting America's sales organization. You'll coordinate directly with Sales Representatives, internal teams, and external partners to ensure opportunities move efficiently, accurately, and professionally through the sales process. This includes managing Salesforce data, scheduling meetings, supporting bids, sending outreach and follow-ups, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring the sales process stays structured and on track. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with both internal stakeholders and external customers. Key Responsibilities Territory & Customer Coordination Communicate directly with customers, municipalities, and partners to gather information and confirm project details Send outreach emails and follow-ups, including cold outreach to prospective leads, to help set meetings for sales representatives Assist with lead generation activities to identify new opportunities within assigned territories Schedule demos, site visits, Teams calls, and customer meetings for assigned reps Manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and maintain confirmations, reminders, and meeting notes Assist with coordination of lunch-and-learns, local events, and municipal meetings Salesforce & Project Management Enter and maintain accurate accounts, contacts, opportunities, and project data in Salesforce Review new opportunities to ensure required details (maps, geographic data, project notes) are complete Maintain CRM data integrity by correcting errors, resolving duplicates, and filling missing fields Create and maintain reports and dashboards used for forecasting and sales meetings Cross-Functional Support Support bids, proposals, submissions, and compliance documentation by coordinating with relevant internal teams Provide accurate geographic inputs, maps, photos, and project details for studies or customer projects Communicate with Production and Supply Chain regarding timelines, inventory, and delivery updates Serve as the central connector between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams Mentor, train, and support Inside Sales and Sales Support team members Administrative & Operational Responsibilities Maintain organized documentation, templates, customer files, and shared resources Prepare background research, project summaries, and meeting recaps Support onboarding of new sales representatives with schedules, systems, and territory resources Assist with formatting proposals, uploading documents, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks What You Bring 5 years' experience in sales support, customer support, project coordination, or administrative roles Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers professionally by phone and email Experience or interest in cold outreach and lead generation Excellent organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$65,000
