As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and promoting innovative energy solutions. This energetic role offers the opportunity to connect directly with clients, showcase our products, and build lasting relationships that fuel growth. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help us reach new markets and deliver exceptional service to diverse communities. Duties Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce potential customers to our energy solutions, including solar sales and other renewable options Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets in assigned territories Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently Engage with clients in multiple languages, including bilingual communication when applicable, to ensure clear understanding and foster trust Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently while maintaining a customer-centric approach Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining technical aspects of energy products, and guiding clients through the sales process Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new opportunities and tailor outreach strategies for diverse demographics Experience Proven experience in outside sales or direct customer engagement, preferably within energy sales or technical sales environments Strong background in marketing strategies and lead generation techniques such as door-to-door campaigns or community outreach Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales activities and customer data Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in additional languages enhances communication with diverse client bases Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate others to achieve collective goals Knowledge of solar energy systems, energy markets, or related technical products is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us as an Outside Sales Representative and become a vital part of our mission to deliver innovative energy solutions.
