Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help customers find the right portable and steel building solutions for their needs, including storage buildings, cabins, garages, and custom structures. You'll guide customers through the sales process, build strong relationships, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate building options
• Explain product features, customization options, pricing, and financing
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales lot
• Follow up with leads and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred (retail, automotive, or similar industries)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
