B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Water Damage Restoration Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B sales who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the urgency of emergency services. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key referral partners such as plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and commercial property owners, while helping clients navigate water damage situations and restoration solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow water damage and mitigation job volume Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and HOAs Respond quickly to emergency opportunities and convert leads into active jobs Educate clients and partners on water mitigation, drying processes, and insurance claims workflow Present restoration solutions clearly and professionally to clients in high-stress situations Track leads, follow-ups, and job progress using CRM systems Negotiate contracts and secure authorizations for work Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Stay informed on industry standards (IICRC), insurance trends, and local market conditions Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales (required) Experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, or related construction field (strongly preferred) Strong understanding of insurance claims process is a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to perform in high-pressure, emergency-response situations Self-motivated, money-driven, and goal-oriented Strong negotiation and closing ability Organized with solid time management skills Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Strong commission structure with high earning potential Plenty of bonus opportunities based on performance Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company
