This role is vital in driving store success by leading daily operations, inspiring team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Team Leader, you will be the backbone of our store's performance, ensuring smooth management of sales, inventory, and staff development. Your energetic leadership will foster a positive environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and operational excellence. Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively Manage and motivate team members through training, coaching, and performance feedback to achieve sales goals and uphold service standards Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a strong team foundation Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Maintain inventory control by managing stock levels, merchandising displays, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment Coordinate shift management schedules while supervising sales activities such as retail math calculations and retail sales strategies Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, and store operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, marketing, sales management, budgeting, and training & development Knowledge of POS systems Exceptional communication skills coupled with a friendly phone etiquette for engaging customer interactions Prior experience in grocery stores or wireless sales is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to lead a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
