Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification:

Identify and engage inbound and outbound leads to assist them with resolving their tax debt.

Cold Calling & Negotiation:

Leverage your negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.

Client Follow-Up:

Maintain ongoing communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and texts via our CRM system.

Consultative Sales Approach:

Use a solution-based approach to guide potential clients through the process.

Onboarding Clients:

Effectively walk new clients through the contract and ensure a seamless transition.

CRM Management:

Utilize our CRM to manage your sales pipeline and track progress toward meeting goals

Requirements:

Strong Communication Skills :

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, listen actively, and show empathy.

Adaptability :

Comfortable working independently and efficiently within a structured framework.

CRM Experience :

Ability to quickly adapt to a customized CRM system and use it to manage leads and sales pipelines.

Commitment :

Availability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, in our Irvine office.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:

$11.25/hour +
