At Texas Appliance we are seeking a Home Appliance Retail Sales Professionals to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. About the

Position:

Great Hours! Typical hours are 9 to 6 . We close stores at 6 PM and we are closed on Sundays. 5 day work week - off on Sundays and one other weekday - Saturdays and Holidays are Mandatory. Up to 3 months of guaranteed training pay . Our average salesperson will earn in the $60K range and our top performers will make over $110K. Full medical insurance is available along with optional Aflac, Dental and Vision coverage. 401K and a Standard 2 week Vacation package. This Position is a Full commission job with biweekly draw after Training period. Currently have openings at our brand new location coming to Denton, Texas. We are an ESOP - Employee owned company.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is HIGHLY recommended. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills We are looking for career minded individuals that have an outgoing personality matched with the ability to close sales quickly. The right sales professional will be very detail oriented and know how to dot their I's and cross their T's in the sales process. You will also be expected to keep track of your leads and follow up on all potential sales vigorously. Sales experience required and appliance sales experience helpful.
