Bold Horizon Marketing is seeking a Full-time Sales Leadership Trainee to represent AT&T mobile solutions and fiber internet options. The Sales Leadership Trainee will learn directly in person, helping our customers stay connected with popular smartphones and reliable fiber internet options. If you're ready to lead, build your sales career with us. As a Sales Leadership Trainee, you'll focus on becoming a stronger leader while contributing to AT&T sales and customer engagement. The Sales Leadership Trainee also takes ownership of daily sales responsibilities, supports team members, and builds productive customer relationships while developing the judgment needed for greater leadership responsibility. Responsibilities of the Sales Leadership Trainee Train alongside Sales Leadership Trainees to learn how to offer mobile and internet connectivity solutions that customers trust and depend on. Engage with customers in person to introduce AT&T's reliable mobile plans and internet options in a warm, professional manner. Personally assist in sales strategies to promote AT&T's mobile and internet connectivity, ensuring customers see the value in staying connected anywhere. Develop leadership skills in person by observing how sales teams build trust and close deals in connectivity sales. Support customer interactions to address questions about AT&T's mobile and internet services, focusing on simplicity and reliability. Collaborate with sales teams to refine approaches for offering AT&T's connectivity solutions, emphasizing ease of use and accessibility. Qualifications of the Sales Leadership Trainee A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Genuine interest in sales, leadership, or telecommunications is a plus. Fast-learning style that enables quick mastery of products and sales approaches. Strong ability to understand needs and recommend suitable options that drive results.
