Responsibilities Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and help them plan for a more secure future. Educate clients on financial protection strategies and long-term planning solutions that help safeguard their families. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and guidance. Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with clients to review needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up to ensure excellent service. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs to continue developing professional skills. Work closely with leadership to develop personal performance goals and career growth plans. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and positive client experience. Continuously develop knowledge in financial services, personal development, and client relationship management. Skills Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Coachable and open to feedback from leadership Ability to build trust and relationships with clients Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Good problem-solving and listening skills Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively Comfortable speaking with people in person or over the phone Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally Basic computer or smartphone skills
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
