RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives Accurately logging activities and follow-up on the internal lead man/lead management system Generating leads for our F&I managers Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

This position requires 40-50 hours per week, but comes with high reward! Most of our applicants have earned $60,000 - $100,000 annually in their first year of employment. With more experienced consultants regularly earning $150K+ Prior automotive sales experience preferred. Self-driven and motivated to achieve results. Excellent communication skills. Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded. Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more. Our ideal candidate is someone who has at least 2 years as a successful sales associate at an auto dealership, but now is looking to increase their earning potential and hone their sales skills even more. We are looking for a problem solver who sees things in an innovative fashion and can make the complex seem simple. With a confident manner, excellent communication and time management skills, you provide your customers with a premium standard of service, while quickly gaining their trust and respect.
