Must understand financial equipment sales processes including leasing, financing, and quoting. Candidates must have a strong background in relationship management, transaction details and have an exceptional personality. Willing to travel and be trained. Must have a clear driving record (company vehicle provided).
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Resolve billing, account, and service-related issues in a professional manner.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality and response time.
  • Responsible for the sales and marketing of equipment
  • Ability to prepare and present sales contracts and/or lease agreements
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Adapt to different personalities
