Espino Tire Shop is currently looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Outside Sales & Online Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, customer service, and online marketplace management. The right candidate will be responsible for helping grow our business both in person and online. This includes managing our eBay storefront, assisting customers with online inquiries, creating and updating product listings, and helping maintain a professional online presence. In addition, this role will involve outside sales, where the employee will visit potential clients, local businesses, and commercial accounts to introduce our tire products and services, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. This position offers weekly pay plus commission, making it a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to earn based on performance and sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and maintain our online eBay storefront Create, update, and monitor product listings Respond to customer messages, questions, and online orders Help increase online sales and improve product visibility Visit potential clients and local businesses to offer our tire products and services Build and maintain strong customer relationships Generate new sales leads and follow up with prospective customers Represent the company professionally both online and in person Assist with general sales and customer service duties as needed

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred Experience with eBay, online selling, or e-commerce is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently and in the field Basic computer and internet skills required Reliable transportation required for outside sales visits Bilingual is a plus
