You greet walk-in and appointment clients, help them choose slabs that fit the project and budget, prepare accurate quotes, coordinate with fabrication and installation, and keep jobs organized from first conversation through follow-up. The role is built around high-end customer service and strong organization.
Key Responsibilities
Greet homeowners, designers, and builders; listen carefully and guide slab selection in the showroom and yard.
Present material options (granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and related products) clearly and professionally.
Prepare quotes, measure or schedule templates, and keep job files complete and current.
Coordinate timelines with fabrication, scheduling, and installation so customers know what happens next.
Follow up on leads, open quotes, and completed jobs; maintain a clean pipeline.
Handle incoming calls and walk-ins with courtesy and accuracy.
Enter orders and notes into company systems promptly and neatly.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven high-end customer service experience (showroom, luxury retail, design, hospitality, or similar).
Strong organization skills: able to track multiple jobs, details, and follow-ups without dropping the ball.
Clear written and verbal communication; professional presence with customers and coworkers.
Comfort working on your feet in a showroom and outdoor slab yard.
Basic computer skills (email, quoting/CRM tools, or willingness to learn quickly).
