Job Description
Overview One salesperson, multiple revenue streams, uncapped earnings, growing local company. We are seeking a driven and professional B2B Sales Representative to develop new business relationships with commercial, industrial, construction, and property management clients.
Our services include:
Commercial dumpster rentals Stormwater permits & compliance services Environmental consulting Hazardous and Solid waste management This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson who wants to build a book of business in a growing local company with multiple service lines. Base compensation enhanced significantly with generous commission plan. Duties Prospect and generate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to potential commercial clients. Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers to present tailored waste management solutions that meet their unique needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration in the environmental services sector. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically. Proven success in business development and B2B sales within the waste management or environmental services industry. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. tools like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships. Demonstrated ability in account management, nurturing long-term client partnerships for sustained growth. principles to support outreach efforts and brand positioning strategies. Analytical skills to assess client needs, interpret industry data, and develop customized proposals.
