Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Receptionist/Sales Coordinator to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with sales support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors and clients while actively contributing to sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing communications efficiently while supporting sales initiatives to help grow our business. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately Maintain a professional front desk area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming at all times Support sales activities by assisting with client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and data entry Manage office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports and correspondence Order fulfilling, processing and other customer service Preparing and submitting sales documents, uploading them to the system. Skills Proven experience in front desk or reception roles with excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients and visitors Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, proofreading, and general office software Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Personal assistant or administrative experience is highly desirable for supporting team needs effectively Willing to train the right candidate on the sales process Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents and customer service excellence make a real difference! Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
