This is a 100% commission-only position focused on door-to-door sales. You will generate your own leads by canvassing neighborhoods, and helping homeowners through the insurance claim and roof replacement process. This opportunity is ideal for self-starters who want the freedom to set their own schedule and control their income. With uncapped commissions, top performers can earn six figures. Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads. Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process. Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with prospects and close signed contracts. Coordinate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and the Bethel Roof team. Track leads, appointments, and customer communications. Meet or exceed sales goals. Compensation 100% commission-based pay. Uncapped earning potential. Weekly commission payouts. Top performers can earn up to $80,000+ annually. Performance Expectations Sales representatives are expected to secure a minimum of: 1 signed roofing contract per week 4 signed contracts per month This is the minimum performance standard for this role. Qualifications Roofing sales experience preferred. Door-to-door sales experience preferred. Strong communication and closing skills. Self-motivated and disciplined. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Comfortable working independently. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
