Job Description

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - TASTING ROOM
(Part-Time) Are you a top-performing sales professional passionate about connecting people with exceptional wines? Do you have a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and cultivating lasting customer relationships? If so, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Create an inviting and informative atmosphere in our tasting room, guiding guests through our diverse wine portfolio. Develop a deep understanding of our wines and the stories behind them. Deliver engaging and educational tasting experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests. Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and fostering brand loyalty. Successfully close sales and upsell wines/experiences. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Passion for wine and a genuine desire to share that passion with others. Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and build a loyal customer base. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in using POS systems.
