Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Outside Account Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence. Experience in Commercial and Passenger/Light Truck (PL/T) tires is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. In this energetic role, you will actively engage with existing and potential clients, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Your passion for sales, combined with your strategic mindset, will help you excel in managing territories, generating leads, and closing high-value deals. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies within assigned territories Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business through effective account management Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions that align with client needs Manage territory sales activities by planning visits, tracking progress, and optimizing routes for maximum outreach efficiency Manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making Negotiate pricing and meeting company profitability goals Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and analyzing performance metrics Ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to diverse client needs Skilled in lead generation techniques including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies Analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape for strategic planning Join us as a B2B Outside Account Manager Representative if you're passionate about driving growth through innovative sales strategies!
