Minimum 3 Years Experience Required Job purpose - Inside Sales / Branch Ops Level I - Welding Supply Under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, this position handles all warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, cylinder handling, and stocking of hard goods in the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks and may occasionally assist with housekeeping and grounds keeping. Branch Safety Follow all Safety Protocols while performing work. Conduct timely safety checks of the Branch. Attend monthly safety meetings. Correct any safety issue or problem effectively and efficiently as requested. Report and safety concerns and issues to Branch Manager. Inventory Receiving, stocking, storing, labeling, picking, packing and distribution of all materials. Perform inventory of warehouse materials as requested. Follows policies for proper receipt, storage and distribution. Complete daily cycle counts. Branch Appearance Ensure on a daily basis that the Branch maintain a clean, safe environment and is accessible to customers and employees. Keep the retail portion of the Branch "Sale Ready" at all times. Remove all debris, trash and unwanted or not useful items as necessary. Ensure that all exits and entrances are clear at all times. Assist the Branch manager in keeping the Branch Maintenance Log with items that need to be completed. Detail all executed items. Complete grounds keeping as necessary and required. Assist in general housekeeping duties of the Branch as needed. Operation of Branch Equipment Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack and other equipment as necessary, while adhering to Company policies. Ensure that all equipment that is used if stored properly after each use. Complete safety checks on Branch equipment. Propane Operations Will fill propane tanks as required for Company and customers. Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to while filling propane tanks. Ensure customer and employee safety when assisting in propane fills. Other Duties Attend Branch meetings as directed by Branch Manager. Perform other duties as required and directed that fall within the scope of the Company's purposes and direction.

Qualifications Qualifications include:

Minimum H.S. Diploma Knowledge of Warehouse Operations Knowledge of Industrial Gas is desirable Knowledge of Welding Supply and Gas Operations Forklift Certified or ability to become certified Organized with the ability to sort and identify inventory Punctual Propane Training preferred Valid Driver License Working conditions This position will require working conditions that include completing tasks outside, warehouse locations, other branch locations, community locations and customer locations. The position will need to maintain a valid driver license. Physical requirements The Branch Operations Level I will perform manual labor as required to complete a task. There will be times that heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time will exist. The Branch Operations Level I will adhere to all Safety Measures related to the Company Policy and Procedures.
