Outside Sales Representative

We're hiring a motivated, coachable, and confident Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners through the roofing process after storm damage and restoration needs. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, working independently, and being rewarded for performance. You do not need years of roofing experience to succeed here. We provide training, support, and a proven sales process. What matters most is your work ethic, attitude, and ability to connect with homeowners. What you'll do: Generate and follow up on sales opportunities with homeowners Inspect roofs and help identify storm-related damage Educate homeowners on the restoration process Guide customers through the claim and project process Build trust, manage relationships, and keep deals moving Work in the field, meet clients face-to-face, and manage your pipeline Collaborate with the team to hit performance goals What we're looking for: Strong communication skills and confidence talking to people Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Resilient, persistent, and goal-oriented Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable with outdoor and field-based work Sales experience is helpful, but not required Spanish speaker is a plus

Requirements:
