Sales & Estimating Specialist — Beacon Generators Granbury, TX | Full-Time | $85,000-$110,000/yr (Base + Commission) This Is Not a Cold-Calling Job Every lead you run is inbound — homeowners who have already raised their hand. Your job is to show up, run a great site assessment, build a professional proposal, and close. No prospecting lists. No dialing strangers. Just qualified opportunities and a proven system to convert them. Beacon Generators is a Generac-authorized dealer serving Granbury and the surrounding North Texas area. We install standby generators that protect families and businesses from grid outages — and we do it with the backing of G&G Electric, our sister company with nearly 40 years of electrical expertise. We're growing fast and we need a closer who genuinely loves serving homeowners. What You'll Do Run 10-15 in-home site assessments per week with pre-qualified homeowners Conduct consultative discovery calls and book appointments from inbound leads Build and deliver professional Good/Better/Best proposals — same day or within 4 hours Present financing options on every proposal Own your pipeline in CRM — every lead tracked, every follow-up on schedule Coordinate handoff from signed contract to the install team Earn Google reviews and referrals from every completed job Attend local association meetings (Realtors, Builders, Property Managers) monthly No generator experience required. You'll be fully certified through the TSSG Field-Tested Operating System — the same methodology used by top-performing Generac dealers nationwide — in your first 10 days, on the clock.

Who We're Looking For Required:

2-3 years of sales or client-facing experience in any field Proven ability to build rapport and guide people to a decision Self-directed and organized — you manage your own schedule and follow up without being reminded Excellent communicator who listens more than talks High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

You'll have a weekly pipeline review, Friday lead conversion reports, and a 90-day milestone review (15 units sold + TSSG certification). Quarterly reviews with compensation and goal adjustments.
