  • Full-time About Us Beacon Generators is a growing home service company based in Granbury, Texas.
We help homeowners with generator service, maintenance, repairs, and installations. We are growing fast and building a team that runs with urgency, structure, and follow-through. We operate a structured sales and service process — and we need someone who takes ownership of that process, not just responds to it. About This Role The Sales & Service Coordinator is one of the most important positions in our company. You are the person who controls momentum from the moment a lead enters our CRM until the customer makes a final decision. You will own the customer pipeline from first contact through booked installation. That means you are responsible for keeping leads moving, appointments confirmed, and the process running with structure every single day — not waiting to be told what to do next. If this role is executed well, our sales process becomes predictable. If it is executed poorly, everything becomes reactive. You will spend a large portion of your day on the phone — making outbound calls, running structured follow-up sequences, confirming appointments, and guiding customers forward. This is a high-call volume role. Phone confidence and consistency are non-negotiable. What You Will Be Responsible For CRM Management
  • Own GoHighLevel — every lead entered, assigned, and staged accurately
  • Document every customer touchpoint in the CRM
  • Ensure no lead is lost, forgotten, or left without a next step
  • Monitor and maintain automation sequences — speed-to-lead must fire immediately
  • Keep text and email templates professional and up to date Lead Contact and Appointment Setting
  • Answer inbound leads immediately and make outbound calls on new inquiries
  • Run a structured call framework on every contact — not winging it
  • Book consultations properly and confirm that decision-makers will be present
  • Help move leads from inquiry to booked appointment with confidence Appointment Control
  • Send pre-appointment educational content to prepare customers before consultations
  • Run day-before confirmation calls to reduce cancellations and no-shows
  • Reduce show-up friction so the Specialist can focus on the customer, not logistics Post-Appointment Follow-Up
  • Run next-day quality control calls after every consultation
  • Establish Beacon as the customer's main point of contact
  • Clarify next steps and keep the customer engaged
  • Schedule follow-up strategy sessions when a customer needs more time
  • Schedule second visits when needed — and own the timing on those Dispatch and Scheduling This is currently one of the most time-intensive parts of the role. You will be the person holding all of the moving pieces together. This requires someone who is not just organized, but proactive and systematic.

  • Coordinate technician schedules and dispatching throughout the day
  • Communicate schedule updates clearly with customers and field staff
  • Manage the full appointment lifecycle
  • from initial booking through completion

  • Track incoming parts and coordinate scheduling once materials arrive
  • Coordinate startup and follow-up appointments after installations
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts before they happen and solve them without being asked
  • Keep every open job moving
  • nothing sits, nothing waits without a reason and a next step documented Operations Support
  • Create invoices and process customer payments
  • Assist with warranty claim tracking and follow-up
  • Help manage preventative maintenance scheduling and outreach
  • Coordinate permits and communicate with local municipalities as needed
  • Maintain vendor documents and office records What You Will NOT Do
  • Chase customers through random, unstructured texting
  • Operate outside the CRM
  • Hand leads off and forget them
  • Guess what to do next Tools You Will Use
  • GoHighLevel (CRM and automation — primary tool)
