Position Overview We are seeking Direct B2B Sales Representatives / Agents who are ready to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a performance-driven environment. This is a relationship-based, field sales role where you will work directly with business owners and decision-makers to provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect their employees and operations. You'll have the opportunity to not only sell and earn , but also to build and scale your own book of business—and eventually your own team or agency . What You'll Do Business Development & Sales Prospect and engage small-to-mid-sized businesses through direct outreach Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with owners and decision-makers Present and explain supplemental insurance products with return-of-premium features Identify client needs and recommend solutions that genuinely protect and add value Close new business and manage ongoing client relationships Relationship & Account Management Build long-term partnerships with clients based on trust and service Educate employers and employees on how coverage works and why it matters Maintain consistent follow-up and support for existing accounts Entrepreneurial Growth Track personal production and performance metrics Develop leadership skills with the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and build a team Scale into a team leader or agency builder role over time Who We're Looking For Core Traits (Non-Negotiable) Sharp, hardworking, and competitive Coachable & Self-motivated Strong internal drive with a desire to win and improve daily Genuinely motivated to make an impact—not just chase money High level of personal accountability and discipline History of success in past roles A background in sports or competitive environments is highly valued.
