We are looking for bilingual individuals that want to earn hourly pay plus commission! Commission gets paid out every two weeks along with your hourly pay. Highly performing individuals that work with us can average over $13

We have one full time position to fill at our store in Grand Prairie Texas. Don't have any experience? That is okay! We will train you. We have a great commission structure to go along with your hourly wage. Full time employees are eligible for health benefits. Job Purpose:
  • To achieve your quota every month by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and service features.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Serve customers by troubleshooting and finding solutions, and by helping find Cricket products and services that best fit their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale to create long term customer relationships.
  • Be a reliable team member and have good communication skills.
  • Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes.
