Your enthusiasm and customer-focused approach will help turn prospects into satisfied homeowners while driving sales success. This Commission paid position offers an engaging environment where your sales skills and real estate knowledge can truly shine. Responsibilities Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences, building strong client rapport from the first interaction. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, local real estate markets, and competitive offerings. Lead property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of available homes to inspire confidence and excitement. Negotiate offers effectively, ensuring fair terms for clients while aligning with company policies and market conditions. Manage all aspects of the sales process, including managing real estate transactions from initial inquiry to deal closing. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress seamlessly. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new buyers and promote available properties. Stay current on Fair Housing regulations and ensure all client interactions comply with legal standards. Support clients through the administrative aspects of purchasing a home, including documentation, financing options, and contract review. Maintain organized records of client communications, appointments, and transaction details to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales or residential real estate transactions are not necessary. We have a complete Training Program with a focus on new home sales preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build trust and close deals effectively. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a talent for practicing real estate ethically and professionally. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients, transactions, and administrative tasks simultaneously. Ability to adapt quickly to new sales strategies and stay informed about industry updates in real estate markets.
