Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Specialist (Bilingual) to join our team. This role is essential in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with existing partners through strategic outreach and consultative sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a strong background in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales. As a key contributor to our business development efforts, you will utilize CRM software and Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and optimize sales strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Create reports, dashboards, and business presentations Follow up with vendors, partners, leads, and strategic contacts Help identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and company growth Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and cold outreach, to generate new business opportunities Engage with potential clients through effective communication, demonstrating the value of our products and services Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention and upselling opportunities Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and analyze sales data Support company leadership with email management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks Help organize and prioritize projects across multiple departments Coordinate influencer outreach, partnerships, and wholesale opportunities Assist with Shopify, website updates, and e-commerce initiatives Support marketing campaigns, social media projects, and customer engagement efforts Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and assist with content, research, and business projects Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish is required; excellent communication skills in both languages are essential Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Knowledge of telemarketing techniques, outbound calling strategies, and warm calling practices Familiarity with marketing concepts related to lead generation and business development Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting leadership, learning new skills, and growing into a larger role as the company expands.
