  • Full-time Job Description Wastewater Transport Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to expand our grease trap cleaning and interceptor maintenance business throughout the Greater Houston, TX area.
This role is responsible for generating new business, developing long-term customer relationships, and growing recurring service agreements for grease trap and interceptor maintenance services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong prospecting, relationship-building, and sales skills. Description Wastewater Transport Services provides grease trap pumping, interceptor cleaning, non-hazardous liquid waste transportation, and disposal services to commercial customers throughout Houston and surrounding markets. We help restaurants, food service operations, grocery stores, hospitality facilities, healthcare providers, schools, and commercial properties maintain compliance while protecting their wastewater systems. Examples of Duties Develop new commercial accounts through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals. Build relationships with restaurants, food service operators, grocery stores, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and property management companies. Promote recurring grease trap pumping and interceptor maintenance programs. Conduct customer site visits and prepare service proposals and pricing. Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain regular contact with customers to identify opportunities for additional services and contract renewals. Achieve sales and revenue growth objectives. Who you are Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in environmental services, facilities services, waste services, plumbing, septic, or related industries. Experience selling recurring service contracts is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory. Knowledge of the Greater Houston commercial market is a plus. Marketing, or related field preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Must have a valid driver's license.
