We are currently partnered with a top tier organization that is a leading provider of vertically integrated specialty rental accommodations and comprehensive hospitality solutions throughout North America. Established in 1978, it designs, builds, owns, and operates customized workforce housing communities that support a wide range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, government, and defense. They are adding a Corporate Development Associate to their rapidly growing team in Houston, Texas as they continue to accelerate their strategic initiatives. As the Corporate Development Associate you will have a direct impact on the companies strategic growth in a high-paced environment. Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for: Develop financial models used for growth and comparison Drive forecasting accuracy, revenue and royalty, investment analysis, to inform executive decision making Work cross functionally to support teams Support strategic projects Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications: 3+ years of Investment Banking experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field Ability to build complex financial models Excellent communication skills Comfortable in a fast paced environment If you're interested in the Corporate Development Associate role, then please don't wait to apply.
