Full Job Description Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales - Emergency Response Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to respond to fire-damaged properties urgently and represent our company. You will cross-sell our comprehensive restoration pipeline, which include home board-ups, contents, mitigation, and rebuild services. This position requires you to be highly motivated and sales-focused while also having empathy towards customers who have just endured a loss. Duties Locate, contact, and visit residential and commercial properties that have sustained property damage Monitoring leads via app and dispatcher and respond to loss locations immediately to secure the sale. Use top-notch customer service to explain our company services and put prospective customers at ease that we can handle every step of their claim process Communicate with project manager and mitigation team to help coordinate providing prospective customers with realistic timelines and expectations to deliver exceptional service: Skills Basic problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in software tools such as
Microsoft Office and Encircle Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Some working knowledge of the restoration industry Proficient in customer service in competitive environments Roofing, solar
