  • As a Senior Sales Advisor, you'll play a vital role in developing the Venezuelan market.
You'll work closely with the local and regional teams in a customer facing position. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for + Being for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within the geographic area in Venezuela. + Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions. + Managingcomplex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. + Handling important business unit clients + Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc. + A department is involved in medium-large sales. + Handling big or challenging markets or multi country

  • To be successful in this role, you will have + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Engineering or relevant field experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales. + Reside in or have an willingness to reside in Venezuela. + Experience of 3-5 years with turbomachinery core products and its auxiliaries. + Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. + Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems. + Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
