Our products and services Baker Group operates within the B2B finance industry, a 40 trillion-dollar sector, and boasts 14 million leads. If you have experience in "Sales" within Car Sales, AT&T phone sales, Comcast, Door-to-Door Sales, Best Buy, or any other aggressive industry, this is the ideal launchpad for a rewarding, enduring career. We are looking for sharp-minded individuals with a knack for common sense. We are specifically interested in a select group of driven individuals who are motivated by both goals and financial rewards. Our focus is on recruiting resolute sales reps; we are not looking to provide sales training from the ground up. However, we will provide comprehensive training on our products and services. Sales Reps must grasp the importance of meeting monthly targets. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus bonuses, along with paid training. Our B2B in-person phone sales position entails work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with weekends off. The office location is on the West Side of Houston.
