This role is responsible for coordinating machine orders with Caterpillar, tracking inventory, supporting sales representatives, and ensuring machines move through the ordering and delivery process efficiently. This position plays a key role in supporting machine sales operations for New, Used, and Rental equipment. What You'll Do as a

Sales Coordinator:

Coordinate machine orders with Caterpillar based on customer sales orders Track and maintain machine order status from factory order through delivery Process change orders and updates requested by Sales Representatives Coordinate transportation and logistics for incoming machines Report machines sold and assist with pre-invoicing documentation Maintain accurate inventory records for machines and attachments Perform monthly inventory scans and reporting Provide machine status updates and sales support to Sales Representatives Create reports for Sales Managers to analyze sales data Assist with contract and documentation coordination during month-end and year-end closing This position is critical to ensuring machines are ordered, tracked, delivered, and invoiced accurately and efficiently.
