Job Description

Job Title:
Sales Operations & Training Coordinator - Upstanding Roofing Full-Time | Houston, TX 77064 Upstanding Roofing is expanding our operations support team! We don't just fix roofs; we build exceptional teams and provide premium home solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and tech-savvy Sales Operations & Training Coordinator to act as the ultimate backbone for our sales force. If you love keeping digital systems flawlessly organized, setting up new talent for success, and providing elite administrative and phone support to a fast-moving sales team, we want you on our team.
The Role Onboard & Provision:
Act as the primary coordinator for all new applicants, setting up and auditing user accounts across our digital platform suite.
Train & Support:
Deliver clear, high-energy software and workflow training to ensure incoming and existing field reps are set up for success in our core platforms.
Coordinate, Invoice, & Answer:
Assist the sales department directly with phone support, daily administrative tasks, generating accurate invoices, and handling any other operational needs as they arise.
Client Follow-Up:
Maintain clean CRM pipelines and actively follow up on pending client documents, inbound inquiries, and outstanding files.
Manage Security:
Maintain strict data compliance and system access control by promptly managing employee digital onboarding and offboarding. Requirements 2+ Years Experience in Corporate Training, Sales Coordination, or a high-level Administrative role (Required).
Sales Background:
Prior experience working directly within a sales department, managing pipelines, handling departmental phone calls, or supporting field sales representatives (Highly Preferred).
Tech-Savvy Platform Expert:
Direct experience managing users, reviewing field software, or navigating digital suites like ServiceTitan and Rilla , as well as Monday.com, Zoho, Slack, or DocuSign (Highly Preferred).
Communication Master:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; completely comfortable answering phone calls, coaching staff 1-on-1, and speaking professionally with clients.
Organized & Flexible Multi-tasker:
