What You'll Do (Supporting our Senior Sales Executive): This is a dynamic, hybrid role where you will work directly alongside our senior, top-producing sales executives to supercharge our sales pipeline. You will split your time between keeping the office organized and hitting the field.

Direct Executive Partnership:

Act as the primary right-hand support for our senior sales rep—managing schedules, organizing client follow-ups, and keeping his pipeline clear of administrative bottlenecks.

Lead Response:

Answer incoming emails and calls quickly to qualify what the customer needs.

Field Support:

Attend select client meetings alongside our senior sales rep to take notes, log details, and understand project goals.

Site Surveys:

Head out to local project sites when needed to take accurate physical measurements and photos for upcoming jobs.

Quote Setup:

Translate field notes and measurements into our system to generate accurate customer estimates.

Project Tracking:

Keep an eye on active jobs as they move from design to fabrication to installation, keeping clients updated on their schedules.

Permit Administration:

Handle the paperwork and online submissions for Houston-area sign permits.

Requirements:

Sign Shop Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience working in a sign shop or custom manufacturing environment is required . You must already understand basic signage types (like channel letters, banners, or wall graphics).

Driver's License:

Valid Driver's License with a clean record and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites.

Organization Skills:

Strong ability to manage multiple project timelines, follow-ups, and schedules simultaneously.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, or standard shop software.
