We are expanding our presence in Texas and seeking an ambitious sales professional to help grow our customer base. Position Summary The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new customers, developing business relationships, and increasing sales throughout an assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on business development and account growth. Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new restaurant, grocery, wholesale, and foodservice accounts Conduct in-person customer visits and sales presentations Introduce Nova Foods products and coordinate product samples Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships Generate orders and support account growth Monitor market activity and competitor offerings Provide weekly sales activity updates Qualifications Previous experience in sales, foodservice, restaurants, grocery, distribution, or related industries preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory Ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships Compensation Base compensation plus performance incentives Commission on collected sales New account acquisition bonuses Quarterly performance bonuses Opportunity for territory growth and increased earnings Why Join Nova Foods?
