Job Description

Territory Sales Representative Fort Worth, TX $70,000 Base Salary (Negotiable DOE) + Uncapped Commission and residual commission. OTE $120,000+

  • Expense Account About the Opportunity Our client is a nationally recognized provider of trailer leasing and transportation equipment solutions serving logistics, distribution, and freight operations across the country.
They are known for long-term customer partnerships, reliable equipment, and strong internal support. They are hiring a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow a high-potential territory based out of Fort Worth, TX. This is a highly autonomous, field-based B2B sales role built for a true road warrior who enjoys being in front of customers, traveling extensively, and building long-term business relationships. While there are existing accounts in place, this role is heavily focused on hunting for new business and expanding the territory. What You'll Be Doing
  • Prospect new business through onsite visits, cold outreach, and territory planning
  • Meet directly with operations managers, dock supervisors, and logistics leaders
  • Understand customer freight flow and equipment needs
  • Present long-term trailer leasing solutions and pricing
  • Reactivate previous customers and renew expiring leases
  • Manage contracts, onboarding, and customer paperwork
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and service requests with internal teams
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and consistent territory presence
  • Travel extensively throughout a 4-hour territory radius
  • Stay overnight approximately 8-10 nights per month What We're Looking For
  • B2B sales, field sales, or territory management experience
  • Comfortable with heavy travel and being on the road consistently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Hunter mentality with the drive to grow a territory
  • Ability to sell into industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or operations-focused environments
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
