AT&T Sales Representative (Spanish required)

Our team is looking to bring on additional support by hiring a AT&T Sales Representative. The AT&T Sales Representative role with our company will be responsible for educating customers on the benefits of wireless services available directly to them. As a AT&T Sales Representative, we will provide initial training in this role that includes product knowledge and AT&T wireless information to become an expert in assisting customers with services and support. The AT&T Sales Representative position is in an office role that is heavily focused on interacting with customers to showcase the wireless services, devices, and updates available to them. In this AT&T Sales Representative role, you will also be responsible for evaluating customer needs, answering questions thoroughly and troubleshooting accounts. We are looking to fill this position with someone who can assist in upgrading accounts and ensuring a seamless customer lifecycle.

AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Converse with customers to present products and services, utilizing promotional sales techniques and customer service skills Work with customers to find the best plan for them, which can include monthly billing, service needs or storage and data Create a positive customer experience by actively listening and caring about the customers account showing attentiveness and attention to detail Communicate any policy updates, upgrades and product knowledge accurately to best support customers experience Demonstrate proficient knowledge of products and services to customers and continue to stay up to date on services as they become available Utilize organizational skills to track all customer interactions and file in accordance with

AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, sales, retail or hospitality is a plus Communication skills to converse directly with customers Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail Time management and organizational skills

Pay:

$52,500.96 - $63,226.96 per year
