SALES EXPERIENCE THAT TRANSFERS

We encourage applicants with experience in: New or used automotive sales Powersports, motorcycles, boats, or RVs Real estate and other relationship-driven sales Social media marketing, content creation, and online lead generation Customer service, hospitality, or retail sales Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. Motivation, coachability, professionalism, and follow-through matter.

YOUR MISSION

Turn showroom visits, internet leads, and phone inquiries into sales opportunities Help customers select the right new Honda or pre-owned vehicle Deliver strong vehicle presentations and demonstration drives Follow up consistently and maintain accurate CRM records Use social media professionally to build relationships and generate interest Work with management to move deals forward Earn repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service Meet sales goals with integrity and accountability
