About Us ANM Market Solutions is a local company based in Irving, TX, helping small and mid-sized businesses modernize how they operate through AI-powered automation . Our all-in-one platform handles calls, messages, bookings, payments, and marketing — saving business owners time and helping them grow faster. We're looking for a driven, personable B2B Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people face-to-face, building relationships, and showing local business owners how AI can make their operations simpler and more profitable. Compensation Up to $500 commission for every new client who signs up and completes their first paid month! What You'll Do Visit and connect with local business owners in person Present and demonstrate our AI CRM solutions Explain how automation can help them save time, capture more customers, and boost revenue Generate leads, follow up, and close new client accounts Build and maintain long-term relationships within your assigned local territory Who You Are Outgoing, confident, and excellent at communication and relationship-building Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations in person Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills Goal-driven and motivated by commissions and results Prior B2B, outside, or face-to-face sales experience preferred (but not required if you have the right attitude and energy) Multilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
