We specialize in embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, screen printing, DTF transfers, fulfillment services, and promotional products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irving, Texas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, managing projects, and helping customers bring their branding ideas to life. Position Summary The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting existing customers, developing new business opportunities, preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the production process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Respond to customer inquiries regarding embroidery, screen printing, promotional products, pricing, and production timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Provide order updates and communicate production status throughout the order lifecycle. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Inside Sales & Business Development Conduct outbound calls and follow-up activities with prospective and existing customers. Generate and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities. Support customer acquisition efforts through email campaigns and telephone outreach. Identify upsell opportunities including embroidery, screen printing, DTF transfers, promotional products, and fulfillment services. Assist with customer visits, facility tours, trade shows, and networking events. Order Processing & Production Coordination Enter customer orders accurately into company systems. Review artwork, purchase orders, and customer specifications. Coordinate with production, digitizing, shipping, and accounting departments. Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity reports. Administrative Support Maintain CRM and customer databases. Prepare sales reports and customer communications. Assist with inventory and sample management. Support marketing and promotional initiatives. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of customer service, inside sales, account management, or related experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Preferred Experience in promotional products, embroidery, screen printing, apparel decoration, or related industries. Experience with CRM software and order management systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Knowledge of apparel brands such as Nike, Richardson, TravisMathew, Ogio, Port Authority, and SanMar products. Experience with ASI, PPAI, SAGE, or promotional products industry platforms.
