Job Description
Job Summary/Salary $50,000 Annually ($22
- 24hr) plus Commissions. As the Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, playing a pivotal role in developing sales strategies to expand our customer base, while maintaining outstanding communication with both internal and external customers. Generating, simplifying and creating new ways to improve business and organizational processes. Key Responsibilities
- Include but not limited to Building relationships: Meeting with customers to educate them, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identifying needs:
Communicating with customers and leads understanding their needs and suggesting products and services to meet them.Products:
Providing samples, mock-ups, and information of products to provide to the customer Scheduling appointments: Working around customers' schedules to schedule appointments.Negotiating contracts:
Renewing or negotiating contract terms with current or previous customers Sales goals: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.Strategies:
Developing sales strategies to ensure repeat business and new customers. Proficient in Word, Excel and HubSpot Requirements include but not limited to: Outstanding customer service and negotiating skills. Excellent, professional communication skills Self-motivated with a competitive drive. Quick and accurate decision making Enthusiastic about sales- meeting and exceeding goals Experience in the packaging industry a plus. Product knowledge
